The ASHA Centre is an international retreat and conference venue located in the beautiful Royal Forest of Dean in Gloucestershire between the River Severn and River Wye.
At a time when more and more people are going through fragmentation, the ASHA Centre provides an experience of community and unity.
ASHA comes from the Sanskrit word meaning ‘eternal law, the inherent nature of existence’.
In Avestan Persian ASHA means ‘the righteous way’ and ‘divine justice’. In many languages it also means ‘hope’.

The Centre is home to a wide range of spiritual and cultural activities. ASHA’s in-house team of teachers and facilitators run workshops and courses in the performing arts, self-development and working with nature. Groups from around the world visit the Centre to have encounters of living and interacting more deeply both with others and their environment.
